Positive experience with Stockade Storage storing my RV there. 24 hour access is a plus. Manager was polite and thorough as well. Would definitely use them again if I needed to!

I called around several storage areas for the best price. Stockade gave me a reasonable quote. Not super low but decent. I loaded all of my items up and drove to their location. When I got there I was told that it would be twice the price. I asked to speak to the man that gave me the quote, to straighten out the miscommunication. The lady behind the desk said that " he doesn't know what he is talking about". Additionally, she said " I am the manager here and what I say goes". I politely told her that I would write a review on her business. The rudeness and unprofessional nature of this interaction is the main reason that I am posting. It would not have been a huge inconvenience other than the fact that I recently had surgery on my neck and cannot physcally load the trailer that I wanted to store on my own. I have to rely on the help of others. My family and I went 2 miles down the road to WRAY self storage and the people there were extremely helpful. The lady there even loaded a trailer onto my hitch, refusing to let me help because I'm in a neck brace. If there was a way to give 0 stars to this place, I would
My experience with Stockade Storage has been great! I have been here for 4 years and two deployments with no problems at all. The units are well maintained, monitored, and secure. The manager at the desk was courteous and helped me find two units close to each other which made access a lot easier. I was given a military discount and have been very pleased with the service here.
Good storage. I store my trailer there with zero issues. The automated entrances sre reliable and secure. The trailer storage area is grass.
