The same stylist/manager did my husband, mother, and stepbrothers hair on separate occasions and all had the same complaint. The woman fought with all of them when they asked for her to take alil more off the back and she argued it would look to mullety and refused to make it shorter. The price was not worth only getting an inch or less taken off and she didnt even wash their hair like it is stated comes with the haircut. We will not be back and if we do she will not be our stylist.
Horrible management, never had the same stylist. Hours were off.
Should have trusted my gut. Better yet, my hair is now 1 inch longer on one side than the other.....
I am a firm believer that 1st appearances are very important. The manager of this establishment does not take respect or pride in her appearance or socialbility to customers. Which is not good for business. Its unfortunate.
