After our previous Eye Doctor of nearly 15 years was bought out by a corporate company (and the Doctor left) we were open to finding a new eye doctor who accepted our Federal vision care insurance (Davis Vision). Northgate was close and convenient and from the first call (on a Tuesday) to our appointment (four days later on Friday) it was easy and low stress. the new patient forms are on the website to fill out in advance and checking in was easy. The office is warm and inviting with lots of seating, and they even have a coffee station where you could get a cup of java while waiting - however our wait was minimal. Three of us were in and out (with all three being dilated and two picking out glasses) in less than 90 minutes. The office is very up to date technology wise with new equipment used to check for probability of future diabetic issues, as well as other equipment which was the use was fully explained. The staff was all very nice and I look forward to returned for our next exam.

Waiting area decor very pleasant and comfortable with many products on display. Staff at front desk extremely polite and helpful. Techs polite, answered questions and presented as efficient. Dr. Parke very pleasant and treated me as a person not just another patient, recalling personal details. Easy to converse with, answered all questions and was never rushed. She would always wait until I was comfortable with the information she had given me, fully understood my questions and any concerns. I do not like doctor's visits of any nature but it was a pleasure at each visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Parke and am truly looking forward to my next appointment.
I love Dr. Parke, but her staff upfront were less than pleasant when I attempted to schedule an appointment for my two children together this year. I asked about a specific time frame that was available via their online appointment maker. The lady wouldn't even check in her system when I asked if there was a time that day we could fit both of my children in. I make quite a drive from downtown Fayetteville all the way up there just to see Dr. Parke. I won't be returning after her staff didn't even bother to look in their appointment system to check for the appointments and had a "I could care less about you" attitude. Very disappointing, but I will be finding a new eye doctor for my family.
The best eye clinic I have encountered. Dr. Parke and her employees are the most amazing people. The environment was just beautiful. I go back again
