I've been going to these guys for a year. I've really been happy with their service. They have gone above and beyond and in the off chance they couldn't fix a problem, they referred me to a reliable auto mechanic. They are the first place I go when I have a problem.
I take all of my vehicles here. The guys are always friendly and professional. Very helpful and always go the extra steps to make sure I'm taken care of. I highly recommend this place for oil changes.

I have tried a few different locations around the Cameron/Spring Lake NC area (for car inspections, oil changes etc) and I don’t have anything bad to say about the other places but Shell Rapid Lube wasn’t just OK like all the others. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, my car was well taken care of and I was comfortable while waiting.
Something that really stuck out to me was the fun atmosphere. Everyone that was working seemed genuinely happy to be there and were joking with each other and the clients.
Love this place! Staff is super friendly, prices are fair, reasonable, and best of all, you're in and out! Would highly recommend anyone to come here and I'll be back again. Free car wash with every oil change and also the luxury to use the their vaccum for free. $7 off every oil change if you come back before your oil's due date or before the mileage is due!
