One star is too much. I had my truck dropped off for service on my heater, not being told it would be over a week before I got it back. Ken at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable with vehicles (I guess that’s why he works the phones and coffee maker). When I did get my truck back, it was worse off than before, paint scratched on my door, dashboard in pieces with other dash components not properly re-installed resulting in still having no heat (which I would find out later). I will say that when I brought these issues up to Sam he made it right, I just had to wait another day and a half for them to get it right. All in all, I don’t think I’ll ever come back to M&B Auto, even if it’s just for a vehicle inspection.

I really want to give them a good review, I have used them several times in the past for tires. This time I needed an old truck made road ready. 4600.00 later and they never looked at the speedometer I told them did not work. They gave me the truck back after a complete brake job and the brakes did not work....They still have my truck (Over 6 months). One thing after another. They do have a technician that is unscrupulous. They wanted to put in a new fly wheel when all that was wrong was a loose bolt on the starter. Be careful when you deal with them. I still don't have my truck, they have had it since the July 4th weekend.
New to the area; called around shoppping prices for a smoke test- M & B offered the best price. Their service was outstanding from start to finish, Each employee in the building. Including the owner, Mr. Honeycutt who personally walked out to the waiting area to greet and provide me with a business card. Excellent environment and service. Thank y’all!
Went in for my air conditioner. They wanted $911 to replace the air compressor telling me the cheapest one they could find was around 600 dollars at auto zone and they wanted to replace a valve also. So I told them no picked up my ticket, first the ticket was telling me the part was 435 dollars, so they lied to me over the phone. Then I went to auto zone and they only wanted 220 dollars for the compressor. Went and bought the same part on amazon for 170 had it installed for 100 and the AC works amazingly.
